Design Features

• Cast Iron or Fabricated Steel Head assembly including single or thrust bearings and heavy duty coupling.
• Standard schedule 40 Steel Column Pipe (O Ring sealed) with cast or steel flanges.
• Heavy duty centre bearing assembly for multicolumn assemblies.
• Column shaft (s) AS1443 CS1040 Carbon steel 590 Mpa UTS with standard heavy duty muff type shaft couplings.
• Wet End shaft -standard AS2837-316 grade Stainless steel.
• Wet End standard heavy ISO duty build – Cast Iron AS1830 T150 – T220 grade. Double cover mounting, Gland Packed or Mechanical Seal -DIN 24960 with NU series cylindrical roller bearing.
• Suction Strainer – as per application and optional Discharge riser-pipe.
• Fasteners as standard – Zn coated 4.6/8.8 grade.
• Seals/Gaskets as standard – Nitrile or insertion rubber.

Note : These are special build pump assemblies catering for indi- vidual applications therefore design / construction and assembly options are available.

In support our Service and Maintenance Dept. offer technical back up and spare parts for the operational life of the product thus allowing for full customer service and minimal maintenance downtime.
